What is Rentlio?
Rentlio is a cloud-based property management application that helps you manage your hotel, hostel, or other rental property seamlessly. Rentlio enables you to manage your reservations and keep track of your guests in the calendar, issue invoices, and sell your rooms on your website via an integrated booking engine.
Additionally, Rentlio is a channel manager that synchronizes your prices, availability, and restrictions with connected OTA channels and automatizes reservation management.

Who is Rentlio for?
Rentlio is the ideal software for all property managers in tourism who want to improve their business through the use of technology. Rentlio is for Vacation Rentals, Hotels, Hostels, and Multi-property managers. Our properties range from 1 to 150 units.
In addition to its functionalities, Rentlio enables integrations with various other applications, allowing you to integrate, for example, a restaurant or warehouse management software into your system, which helps you to meet all your operational needs through a single system.
What do I need to start using Rentlio?
All you need to activate Rentlio is your computer, a few minutes of your time, and of course, your property. Setting Rentlio up is straightforward and doesn’t require installation as the software lives in the cloud. You can access Rentlio from any computer or mobile device as long as you’re connected to the Internet. Detailed instructions setting up your property in Rentlio are available here.
What booking channels does Rentlio support?
Rentlio syncs with the most available OTA channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hostelworld, Hotelbeds, Airbnb, HRS, Prestigia among other channels. See the full list of channels we support, as well as the way we connect you with them.
Can I connect Rentlio to my website?
Yes, you can easily integrate Rentlio’s booking engine into your website. The incoming reservations will be synced across all of your online listings and don’t involve a commission fee. This means you can attract new and returning guests with lowest rates, all while achieving greater profitability.
Does Rentlio have a mobile application?
Yes, Rentlio mobile app is available for iOS or Android devices. It provides an at-a-glance calendar view, current availability and new notifications. A unique feature is the guest document scanner which allows you to collect guest data quickly and safely, even if you’re in airplane mode. You can also contact our support by using the chat option available within the mobile app.
Can I add multiple people to my Rentlio account?
Yes, as an account owner, you can set up teams, assign users to those teams and give them different rights and permissions regarding access. Your team members will be sent an email with an invitation to sign up. Once onboard, depending on their level of access, they can do anything from tracking arrivals and departures to performing all functions with Rentlio. You can read more about teams in Rentlio here.
Can I manage multiple objects through one Rentlio account?
Yes! On Your Rentlio account, you can set up more properties. Each property has individual calendar and property settings, but you can also choose All properties preview. Besides, you can create teams for each property with access restricted to only that property and not the others.
What payment options Rentlio offers?
You can pay your Rentlio subscription with any Maestro, Mastercard, or Visa credit/debit card. Once you activate the subscription, Rentlio will automatically charge your card each month according to the number of units you manage in the app. If you prefer a one-time payment, choose an annual Rentlio subscription and get a 10% discount.

How can I activate Rentlio subscription?
To activate Rentlio subscription click on the circle in the top right corner and choose a subscription from the dropdown menu. Here you will get all your subscription details.
Before activating your subscription, please enter your personal information or the information of the company on whose behalf the subscription invoices will be issued in the Owner data section and enter your payment method.
Then you can go to your Subscription page and click on Activate subscription. When you activate a subscription, the invoice will be automatically issued and visible within the Invoices section. For visual instructions, please check the article How to activate Rentlio subscription?
Am I bound by a contract?
Since Rentlio subscription has no contractual obligation, you can cancel it at any time. Deactivating your subscription stops further subscription charges and cancels the access to your Rentlio account. Therefore we advise you to contact our customer support before deactivating to check if you have saved all relevant data and disconnected channel manager.
How much will Rentlio cost me?
The price for your Rentlio subscription is defined by the type of your property, the number of units, and the type of subscription. Rentlio offers two subscription types which differ in their price and functionalities: Basic and Advanced. The price of the Basic subscription is €4,00 per unit, and the price of an Advanced subscription is €8,00 per unit. For each unit above 15, you will receive a discount. We need to add a new user to our team. How will that be billed?
The ability to create different teams is an integral part of your Rentlio package, so adding additional team members to your Rentlio account is entirely free of charge. This feature allows you to share the responsibility of property management with other team members at the same time, based on the access rights that you provide them. For example, you can create a reception team, housekeeping team, marketing team, etc. and allow each of these teams customized access rights so that they can do their job without having to deal with all Rentlio functionalities. What languages does Rentlio support?
Rentlio interface is available in six languages: Croatian, English, Italian, Spanish, German and French. Language settings are easily adjustable through your Rentlio account by clicking on the Owner data > Application settings > UI language.
Rentlio Help articles are available in Croatian, English, Italian and Spanish language.
Rentlio customer support speaks Croatian and English, but if necessary, we will reply to your questions in your preferred language with the help of translation tools.
How can I contact you?
The quickest and the easiest way to contact Rentlio support team is by chat which you can access by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your Rentlio interface. Our team is available from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 16:00, and outside of those hours, you can find answers to your questions in our Help centre.
There are several reasons why we do not provide phone support:
– Most often, it is necessary to exchange screenshots/pictures/videos/help articles from the system for the investigation or instructions, and this is not possible via phone. Also, our chat application allows us to do video calls and exchange our screens which can significantly speed up the case resolution
– All questions and answers are available in writing which will enable us to save valuable information and keep track of customer support quality.
– A large number of inquiries come daily, and chat enables us to keep track of all incoming queries, in a timely order.
How do you ensure that our data is stored securely?
There are several ways in which we protect your data, and these are just a few:
- Cloud storage – we safely store your Rentlio data in the Google Cloud Storage, which is encrypted and GDPR and PCI compliant. Data is backed up regularly, and access to it is traceable.
- Password – your password is something that is only known to you, and no one else. Even if more team members manage your property, each team member can have their login email and password.
- Immediate data removal when you delete your property – if you choose to remove your property from your Rentlio account, all data linked to your property is deleted when you delete that property. That means that all information regarding your guests, reservations and invoices is not available in our system.
