What is a Channel Manager?
The Channel Manager is software that, in combination with a property management system (PMS), enables the management of reservations from various OTA platforms in one place in real-time. There is no longer a need for individual editing of rates and availability on each platform, as the Channel Manager automatically synchronizes availability across all OTA channels, preventing double bookings. When a guest books on one of the connected channels, the Channel Manager updates the occupancy in real-time, making the accommodation unavailable on other channels - no more inconveniences with guests.
