Rentlio BI is a comprehensive business report set for all hotel departments.
Revenue Report
Leverage advanced algorithms to track occupancy and revenue generation at the level of each rate plan, room/unit type, partner, nationality, or market segment. By comparing data with previous periods, you’ll gain a clear signal for adjusting your sales strategy.
Manager Report
You can monitor revenue by market segment, sales group, and cost center. The accommodation segment offers insight into metrics like ADR, AOR, RevPAR, the number of rooms sold, and the number of guests. Meanwhile, the F&B department can view revenue and the quantity of meals and beverages sold. The report also tracks the results of all other hotel departments and services.
Front Desk Report
With this report, your front desk team can see at any time the remaining departures and arrivals, guests who need to be checked in, rooms that are clean and ready for check-in, the number of breakfasts required for the following morning, and more. With this information, your receptionists will handle their daily tasks more efficiently.

Rentlio provides the option to collect guest data before arriving, eliminating the need to hand over and scan documents during check-in. The procedure is straightforward: the guest receives a link via email and fills in the details for all guests on the reservation. The information then appears in each guest’s details within Rentlio.

Accounting

The new accounting module allows you to create a chart of accounts within Rentlio and map all costs to specific accounts and cost centers. With just one click, you can generate an accounting report as a basis for posting entries in your accounting software. Rentlio supports integration with the following accounting tools: Saop, Minimax, 4D Wand, SAP, and Vasco. This module simplifies controlling and comparing data between Rentlio and your accounting software.

Rentlio offers the option to create predefined seasons within a property’s settings, making it significantly easier to select dates when editing prices, availability, and restrictions. Users can utilize seasons as a shortcut when choosing multiple periods that need to be covered.
Packages

Unlike standard price lists, packages include additional services and meals not part of the basic accommodation price. Packages are managed via the calendar, and hovering over the package name provides a quick overview of the included services and meals. This functionality offers flexibility in creating and presenting more complex offers.
Note categories
Rentlio Pro
New note categories have been introduced to facilitate communication and organization of information within the team. These categories include General, Arrival, Departure, Meals, and Cleaning, allowing you to target information to specific teams precisely. An additional benefit is the ability to automatically add notes from specific price lists directly to the General tab of the reservation.

Rentlio now offers a floor-based room view instead of just by unit type. To enable this feature, you first need to create floors and assign the corresponding rooms to them. This view provides better organization and clarity of accommodation capacities.
Manage group bookings

The process of updating group bookings has been simplified, removing the need to change each individual reservation manually. You can now update stay dates, add or remove services, and adjust the number of guests for the entire group or a subset of reservations in just one action. This functionality saves time and makes managing more complex reservations much easier.
