Lavandula Apartments are located in Zadar and have eight modernly furnished units. The idea for the property developed spontaneously as a response to the growing interest in tourism in the region, especially after Ryanair’s arrival and the increase in passenger traffic through Zadar Airport. Owner Patricija Stipčević, despite having no previous experience in tourism, managed to build a recognizable name in the city.
