The Challenge
Before implementing Rentlio Pro, the hotel staff tested three different PMS systems, both local and international. Each came with limitations that negatively impacted daily operations. The biggest challenge was the lack of integration between the PMS and channel manager, which often caused errors and overbookings.
Some systems had slow customer support, with responses taking several days.
Also, international systems were not fully compliant with Croatian laws and administrative requirements, complicating tasks for the reception and sales teams. Onboarding new employees took up to five days, creating significant operational burdens. All these issues highlighted the need for a simpler, more reliable, and locally adapted solution.
The Solution
