Breezeway is built for short-term rental operations. It handles regular tasks like cleaning, repairs, inspections, and preparation of units. All activity is tracked and managed through one system.
When combined with Rentlio, the integration makes it possible to:
1. Pull reservation data automatically
Every time a new reservation is created in Rentlio, key details such as check-in, check-out, and unit type are sent to Breezeway automatically. This removes manual steps and helps avoid mistakes.
2. Create and assign tasks
Based on arrival and departure times, Breezeway can automatically schedule work for housekeeping, repairs, or inspections. Each task includes instructions, deadlines, and priority.
3. Track unit status as it happens
Both managers and team members can see which units are ready, which still need attention, and whether there are any issues. Updates from staff are visible right away in both systems.
4. Keep teams in sync
Using the Breezeway mobile app, staff can check their task list, mark jobs as done, and leave notes. No need for calls or paper logs. Everything is recorded directly in the system.

How to set it up?
The integration is set up through the Rentlio interface. You’ll need to enter the Client ID and Client Secret provided by Breezeway. This connects the two systems, after which reservation data is automatically sent to Breezeway. Based on that data, tasks for cleaning and maintenance are created.
If you already use Breezeway and have your properties set up, contact the Rentlio team at integrations@rentl.io before activating the integration. In that case, you’ll need to send us an export of your property structure from Breezeway so we can map everything correctly. If this step is skipped, Rentlio will send all units and reservations to Breezeway by default, which can lead to duplicates.
For users who don’t yet have a Breezeway account, the system will pull data from Rentlio and automatically create the property structure and associated reservations.
