Payments aligned with cancellation policies
Reservation payments can now be automated according to the rules you’ve set within your cancellation policy. The system processes payments automatically, generating advance payments and invoices without the need for manual input.
Easy management of all transactions
Within the Rentlio PMS interface, you can track all past, current, and upcoming card payments in real time. A new feature allows you to send amounts directly to a POS device from the system, speeding up the process and reducing errors. Card pre-authorization adds an extra layer of protection for your revenue.
Faster online payments: Google Pay & Apple Pay
Integration with digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay through the Booking Engine simplifies and speeds up the payment process for guests - helping to increase your conversion rate.
Pay by Link - Secure Payments via Link
You can now send personalized “Pay by Link” requests directly from Rentlio PMS. Once the transaction is complete, the system automatically generates the required documentation (advance payment or invoice), eliminating manual admin work.
Tap on Mobile - Your phone as a POS terminal (Coming Soon)
The upcoming Tap on Mobile functionality will allow you to accept payments directly through your smartphone, without the need for additional POS hardware. Supported payment methods will include Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other digital wallets.
Top-level security with Worldline
Rentlio Pay is developed in collaboration with Worldline, a leading global provider of payment solutions. Every transaction undergoes mandatory 3DS authentication, significantly reducing the risk of chargebacks. Card data is tokenized and never stored within the Rentlio PMS system.
