Entrepreneur Domagoj Dujić is one of the co-owners of Manda Heritage Hotel, the company’s director, and the main person responsible for renovating the hotel located in the very center of Zagreb. We all remember 2019 and its record numbers when almost 21 million tourists visited Croatia, generating 108.6 million overnight stays. A few years earlier, Domagoj entered the tourism sector with three private apartments. Since he followed Rentlio’s story from the beginning, he decided to implement it to help him manage his accommodation units.

At the beginning of 2018, Domagoj had the opportunity to invest in a then-neglected but historically significant and valuable building covering 1300 square meters in the very center of the city. With the support of three friends, the building was purchased and transformed into a heritage hotel with 26 modernly equipped accommodation units after a little over a year.

Manda Heritage Hotel officially opened in December 2019. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, global lockdown, and the earthquake that hit Zagreb, the hotel operated for only 104 days before reopening in August 2021.


Our greatest advantage is the location, not just the location, but the monumental building from the 1920s. Respecting the tradition and history of the building, we preserved the spirit of that urban space, and although everything is new and modern, you can feel that city vibe.

Manda Heritage Hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring Zagreb. In addition to its excellent location near the city’s main square, the hotel offers 26 premium accommodation units with breakfast.
Currently, Manda Heritage Hotel employs 11 people, with roles in reception/ front office, housekeeping, and sales. During peak season, the hotel accommodates 60 to 70 guests. The hotel’s capacity and staff are fully optimized, and in the near future, they plan to expand to another floor, increasing the capacity by 6 more rooms. In this positive progress and expansion, Rentlio plays a significant role by optimizing, facilitating, and accelerating everyone’s daily tasks in the hotel’s operations.

From the Initial 3 to Today’s 30 Apartments and the Hotel With Rentlio

Domagoj has been following the Rentlio story from the very beginning, and the quality of the product is why he has been using Rentlio for seven years, both for his current 30 apartments in the center of Zagreb and for Manda Heritage Hotel itself.

Without a Channel Manager, no one with more than one unit can work efficiently today. “If you have one to three units, you might still manage to enter everything manually, but a larger number of units and serious business is impossible without a quality Channel Manager like Rentlio’s,” emphasizes Domagoj.

Domagoj also highlights the ability to issue invoices directly from the calendar, manage the cash register to track cash receipts and expenses systematically, and the option of invoice fiscalization directly from Rentlio. These all contribute to simplifying daily financial tasks. For him as a co-owner, the functionality of statistics and reports that clearly display all key data, accessible with just a few clicks, is crucial for successful business operations and further growth and development planning of the hotel.

Domagoj utilizes the Housekeeping option in both the hotel and private apartments. The Housekeeping functionality significantly improves communication and coordination among the cleaning and maintenance teams. With this feature, everyone involved can easily track the status of the accommodation units, ensuring they are always ready for new guests.

One of the greatest advantages of Rentlio, according to Domagoj, is the incredibly fast check-in process. Quick registration on eVisitor (a centralised system whose primary purpose is to register guests to the Croatian Tourist Board) in just a few seconds saves a huge amount of time for reception staff, allowing them to focus more on the guest.
